Oats

Oats are the grain which contains the highest amount of soluble fibre so eating more can greatly reduce the risk of heart disease. Fibre is digested slower therefore you feel fuller for longer, this combined with the low saturated fat content means oats are a great weight loss food too and are also known to lower cholesterol. Fibre also aids in digestion and alleviates symptoms of constipation and irritable bowel syndrome.

HEADACHE? EAT FISH!

Eat plenty of fish -- fish oil helps prevent headaches. So does ginger, which reduces inflammation & pain.

HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!

Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season. Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!

Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!
